Jade Court

Appalachias was contracted to handle the grading work needed for a new home site on Jade Court in Ellijay, GA. We’re cutting in a new driveway, clearing for the future home, clearing the land behind the home site to open a view down to Mountaintown Creek. We’re also cutting in a walking trail so the new homeowner can access the creek. T

o ours and the homeowners surprise, as we started taking down some large dead trees, low and behold, she has an incredible long-range view of the mountains as well. Also, we weren’t 100% sure if she’d be able to see the creek from the home site either. But she can! So a view of the mountains and creek on the same lot– what more could you ask for?

We walked the homeowner down the hill and discussed where the walking trail would go. We couldn’t help but to snap a few photos and videos while we were down there. What an amazing place to build your forever home.
